Welcome to Newhope Crossfire |

|
The Newhope flock is shorn in the fall …. this actually keeps the sheep and the barn at a more comfortable temperature, as we have an old dairy barn that is otherwise too warm for sheep. This also helps to keep the pens drier and cleaner, and makes it easier for new baby lambs to find their mother’s milk supply. |

Meet Jerry Kelleher, our shearer. Jerry has several times won the shearing competition at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair |
